Goals of Event
Show part and mold designers how using Moldex3D plastic injection simulation software can help create better quality part by identifying potential defects and issues before a mold is made.
Understanding how to use Moldex3D’s eDesign software to its full capabilities can be a designer’s best friend. Anyone who has use a simulation software for plastic parts knows already the importance of filling, packing, cooling, and warping, but what about actually seeing a good quality mesh of your part, being able to quickly create family molds, or how to view fiber orientation? This training will go over the basic fundamentals how to properly utilize the software, and show some of the more advanced features that users may not be aware of.
Participants will gain
- An in-depth understanding of the injection molding process
- Understanding the capabilities of the eDesign software
- Ability to set up and run successful simulations
- How to apply knowledge gained from simulation to actual part/mold design
- Understanding of New R13 enhancements
- Free Benchmark
*All Participants in the training will receive a 2 week trail license of Moldex3D eDesign software.
